How Much Does Shipping Cost

Standard shipping: $10

Express shipping: $15

Standard shipping is free for orders over $40.

How Long Does Shipping Take

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS and NZ. Shipping within AUS takes between 1-5 business days, while 5-10 business days in NZ.

Where Do I Enter My Discount Code

At the final stage of checkout, you will see an option to enter the discount code, you enter it there and then click apply. If you have any problem finding it then please contact us.

Issue with your order

Please process any issue with your order to our support page.

Please allow 3-6 business days to be contacted.

Please submit your order issue within 28 days of placing it. After 28 days, we can't promise you a return, refund, or replacement to fixate the order issue you experienced.

Update or change my order

Due to our automatic fulfilment and shipping systems, we usually cannot edit, change or modify orders. Please send any questions to our support page, and we will try our best to get your order sorted out.

Update my account

You can edit your subscription's products, renewal date, shipping address and payment information through your MR.SKINCARE account.

1. Log into your MR.SKINCARE account.

2. From there, click 'manage subscriptions' and then 'select the subscription' you would like to edit; from there, you can edit the desired fields.

PS. Please make sure all edits are done before the renewal date. We cannot edit, change or modify orders after this.

Returns & Refunds

Return & Refunds Policy

We only accept the return of one-time purchases. The order must be unopened and returned within 28 days of delivery, as its tracking information indicates.

We do not accept the return of free trial and subscription orders. This is because our free trial promotion is offered at the cost of shipping while the products are free. Regarding subscriptions, this is due to the customer self-managing their account; they can cancel and amend their subscription at any-any timeout in the accounts portal.

Due to Covid-19, our return policy has been set to 28 days due to any inconveniences with shipping delays caused. If you have any more support, feel free to ask the services team for any further questions.

Refund

If you have any issues with your order, please proceed to the support page for the customer services team to help you with your return. 

Do You Offer Any Money Back Guarantee

Yes! We do have a 30 day money-back guarantee which means we will give you a refund if you are not happy with the results AFTER 1 month of consistently using the products. We do require before and after photos to understand your concern, so please remember to take photos before starting with MR.SKINCARE. What if I have an allergic reaction from using the products? We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us with photos of your skin reaction. If you have known skin allergies, we suggest consulting your GP before using the products. Please also do patch testing prior to using each product - you may apply the product either inside of your elbow or behind your ear. Please note that $10 for the shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

    Select a courier service and pay the cost of shipping

    • We do not cover the cost of return shipping
    • We do not accept in person returns
  • STEP 3

    Email proof of return via our support page. Make sure the subject is 'Return Proof'

    • Your return shipment reciept must show our warehouse as the delivery address.
  • STEP 4

    We process your refund, which may take up to 5-10 business days to return into the original payment method.
